This TV is terrific! First of all, it's pretty - hot red. The packaging - Uptown all the way! Every item was packed neatly, cleanly, safely & securely. Each item came in it's own plastic resealable(!)bag, and all the individual bags were in a larger outer bag that is very thick and nice - similar to the bag sheets or draperies come in i.e. a bag you will actually keep. The real capper was the complimentary phillips screwdriver that actually caused me to smile when I pulled it out. But wait a minute - the nicest little gift was yet to be discovered - and when I did I laughed out loud and said "Aww!" : a microfiber cloth the same beatiful red color as my new TV, with the "Sceptre" logo in black on the edge - it's ALL Uptown with this company. And thanks to the fact that I have HDMI cables to connect my devices, this little TV is virtually plug-and-play. Instructions are clear, menus and remote very user-friendly. Picture is BEAUTIFUL ON ENERGY-SAVER SETTING! From now on, the only TV for me is a Sceptre.
