Sceptre Mail Back Recycling Program

Recycling involves processing used materials into new products in order to prevent waste of potentially useful materials, reduce the consumption of fresh raw materials, reduce energy usage, reduce air pollution (from incineration) and water pollution (from land filling) by reducing the need for "conventional" waste disposal, and lower greenhouse gas emissions as compared to virgin production. Recycling is a key component of modern waste management and is the third component of the "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" waste hierarchy.

Before recycling electronics, consumers should remove all personal data from their electronic equipment by:

  • Backing up or transferring any data before deletion, and removing removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, or PC cards.
  • Using a software program designed for data erasure such as - DBAN Hard Drive Eraser and Eraser.

If you need help with removing personal data, there are data-erasure software options available to the public. We're happy to help if you need assistance.
Moreover, if your device is broken, that's a sure sign your device needs to be properly recycled. Please let us know that it is damaged. We will provide you with all the supplies you will need to support the return.
If you have a Sceptre product, you may use Sceptre Mail Back Recycling Program to return your device for certified recycling. Sceptre will provide consumers a free Shipping Label to ship Sceptre branded product back to Sceptre HQ for recycling. This Recycling Program is provided by Sceptre at no cost to the consumers.
